Are you an experienced Team Leader looking for your next step in your career? Would you love the idea of joining an internationally renowned Company on the outskirts of Exeter? Are you itching to utilise your excellent leadership and organisation skills within a new challenge? We require a Team Leader with a proven track record to run a Customer Service team, able to complete the following tasks; Overseeing team review of reports, monthly reviewing of quotations, following procedures and co-ordinating updates of price changes, reviewing stock levels and website content, chairing of monthly departmental meetings, resolve complaints and queries, maintain up-to-date records , liaise with third parties, development of company procedures and systems, identify improvements, support the sales team, advise on produce availability matters and undertake project management.

The ideal candidate:
Previous experience within a Team Leader role will allow you to step into this role with ease ensuring a smooth change over in leadership. A background within a distribution, production, retail or customer service environment would be advantageous but not essential. Your commitment and dedication will mean that you take the time to understand the company and their produce to ensure excellence. In addition your ability to identify improvements will allow you to not only develop procedures but also team members self-development.

The company is consistently growing and ever-changing. The role is Monday to Friday with 25days holiday plus bank holidays. The salary is highly competitive.
