Tate's client is looking to recruit a proactive Telesales Executive to make outbound calls from their database and other leads along with generating new opportunities. The ideal candidate will come from a B2B software background with solid sales experience. In addition to the basic salary, a further £7,000 commission is offered bringing the package up to £25,000 OTE
· Outbound telephone sales - calling out from database, leads and generating new business opportunities
· Working alongside Marketing to create promotions, emails to target specific sectors
· Attending trade shows, exhibitions and meetings
· Monitor and respond to enquiries
· Achieve and exceed set KPI's
Skills & Experience Required:
· Previous experience in a business development or telesales role - B2B
· Ideally experience in software sales sector
· Excellent communicator - written and verbal
· Good negotiator with excellent listening skills
· Good presentation skills
· Ability to self-motivate and manage own time / workload
· Natural flair for business, commercially aware
· Enthusiastic, tenacious, confident, driven, motivated
