Do you want to work for one of Nottingham's leading companies? Do you have contact centre experience?

Our client, a forward thinking and leading firm based in central Nottingham, require customer service executives to join their busy customer experience team on a temp to perm basis.

These roles are home based, of which employees will be provided with their own Apple Notebook and headset to work from anywhere at anytime!

Key responsibilities:

  • responding to customer enquiries via social media channels including Twitter and Facebook etc.

  • interacting with customers via email

  • responding to customers on a ticket system to resolve their queries via email and message centre

The right person will have or be:

  • at least 6 months customer service experience

  • exceptional attention to detail

  • confident with the ability to say "no"

  • highly organised

  • flexible

  • fun and outgoing!

Hours: varied shift patterns

Salary: £8.50 p/h and up to £10.20 if covering a night shift
