Customer Service Advisor - Watford £20k
Well established company based in central Watford looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their in house team.
Role will consist of -
- Responding to inbound calls / email and web chat
- Updating the CRM system
- Making calls to customers
- Supplying documentation as requested
- General admin
Ideal candidate -
- Must have strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to compose a professional and informative business email
- Ability to prioritise and multi task
Hours are Monday to Friday and a Saturday on a Rota basis
