An accurate and skilled administrator is required for a corporate organisation based in Whiteley.
This unique role will require you to provide PA and administration support to two Directors and act as a team leader to the central administration team. The role will also involve assisting in covering reception, organising international travel, arranging hospitality and assisting in other offices when required.
The experience and skills required include some PA or team secretary experience with the ability to oversee the workload of a small team. You will have excellent skills in MS Word, Excel and knowledge of PowerPoint.
This position would suit a self- starter who can lead by example and encourage a team. You will be educated to A level as a minimum and have at least two years administration/PA experience.
