Customer Service - Watford - £20k
Very well established organisation in the heart of Watford looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their in house team.
Role will consist of -
- Responding to in bound phone calls, email and web chat
- Updating the CRM stystem
- Updating changes to customers contracts
- Making outbound calls to customers
- Ensuring customers meet all legal requirements
Ideal candidate will have -
- Will be flexible to work a rotational weekly shift 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and a Saturday morning 9am to 12.00
- Clear and confident speaking voice
- Ability to prioritise and multi task
