This role starts on Monday 31st October and is a permanent role with excellent long term career prospects. Working full time the hours are 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 5:30pm on Friday and 8:30 - 2pm on Saturday totalling 37 hours per week with a competitive salary.

The Role:
You will be supporting the servicing of numerous policies whilst ensuring that you deliver on your promises and ensure that the customer is always treated fairly. Located within their friendly and supportive contact centre, you will play an integral part of the delivery of exceptional customer service within this team.
Your duties will include
Ø Providing effective customer service whilst complying with regulatory guidelines for each and every task
Ø Ensuring that all calls are handled professionally and answered in a timely manner
Ø Identifying and escalating any issues to your manager
Ø Completing tasks within agreed timescales working through processes and utilising a number of systems
Ø Working in collaboration with other business functions to complete any requests from policy holders
Ø Helping and supporting customers with a variety of policy updates and requests
Skills and Experience:
We are looking for people with a positive outlook, who can adapt to change whilst maintaining honesty and integrity.
If you have worked within a contact centre environment before or a regulated environment previously, this will be an advantage as Admin Re® takes the data protection and delivery of service to their customers seriously.
You must be able to demonstrate:
Ø The ability to deliver excellent customer service through clear verbal communication
Ø Confident IT skills
Ø The ability to follow and work with processes
Ø A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
