Help desk Coordinator
£18k - £20k per annum
Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18:00)
Our dynamic and growing client is currently searching for an experienced and organised Help desk Advisor to join their busy team.
- Handing inbound queries from their client base via telephone and email, responding within a timely manner.
- Raise and assign work orders to engineers, contractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate contractor visits
- Attend regular team meetings
- Identify areas of improvement and feedback accordingly
Skills & Attributes
- Previous experience within a coordination/first line support environment
- Ability to work to set targets
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills
- Thrives within a pressurised environment
