The role:
Due to a peak in workload, we are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing customer service advisor to work for our friendly Exeter based client. You will be speaking to customers over the phone and entering their details onto an internal database. You may be required to liaise with external colleagues based on the customer query. We are looking for 2 people initially; one of which will be expected to work Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm and the second will have slightly more flexible hours where you may be required to work 12pm until 8pm although this is flexible depending on the rest of the team.
The perfect candidate:
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and strong customer service skills, be fully computer literate with a good typing speed, and finally must have a strong work ethic with a willingness to do well.

A small, family run business. A lovely open plan office with parking facilities just outside of the city centre with excellent links to public transport.
