Executive Administrator

Part time (permanent) 5 days a week
The role of the Executive Administrator is to provide professional support and administrative assistance to the Senior Management team, in particular the UK CEO in respect of his/her daily duties. The Executive Administrator acts as the primary point of contact for the senior management team and for internal and external customers alike.

Key Interfaces (internal):
All departments, predominantly the UK Management team: directly supporting Country CEO, HR Manager & Finance Manager
Works closely with the Finance and Purchasing departments.
Liaises with Group level Assistants / PA's

Key Interfaces (external):
Travel partners
Insurance providers
Benefits intermediaries & partners
Tax advisers
Other suppliers
