My client a well known sports brand is looking for a customer service advisor to join their team of 6 in Weybridge.
The successful candidate will act as the first point of call for any queries that come into head office with main duties including:
- Order processing.
- Working with both retailers and end consumers.
- Organising and prioritising workload.
- Admin & reports.
- Liaising with customers over the phone and through email.
The Ideal candidate would have the following:
- An in depth knowledge of golf.
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer literacy skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- Experience of working within a customer service based environment.
