We have a Receptionist role for one of our much loved clients in Andover. The role is a maternity contract for 9-12 months. The role is to ideally start ASAP.
The Reception role here is a pivotal role to the business and we need someone who has had experience in a front of house role. The role will also entail general administration to all areas of the business.
Primary duties include:
· Operation of switchboard
· Meeting and greeting guests (including refreshments)
· Maintenance of the reception area and meeting rooms (ensuring they are clean & tidy)
· Managing meeting rooms
· Post in and out
· Stationery ordering
· Processing new line forms
· Assisting QA department
· Carry out other ad-hoc admin tasks as and when required
The successful candidate will have a flexible 'can-do' attitude and be able to multi-task. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is previous experience in a comparable role.
We are looking for someone who can start immediately and can commit for the full 9-12 months.
