Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for Customer Services Advisors on a temporary basis to work with an employer of choice in the centre of Bristol.
Working for a great client this temporary role starts ASAP in an ongoing capacity. The role will include issuing various letters/documents to external customers and ensuring the appropriate enclosure/stationery is included. Responding to any queries or questions customers may have and handling a large volume of external calls from customers.

Skills required:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Pride in the service you deliver to customers
A professional and clear telephone manner
Ability to work under pressure and to meet personal and team targets
Manage a busy workload
Previous working knowledge of working within a financial environment would be advantageous.
This role is based within a friendly, supportive environment and full structured training will be provided. You will be supporting the customer service team in delivering an exceptional service to customers - please note this role is not sales or target based.
