Legal Administration Assistant - Liverpool
My client, a leading Liverpool based Law Firm requires an administration assistant to support their Solicitors within their specialist litigation department. This role would be great for a law graduate or legal administrator wanting to build on their legal experience with one of the UK's leading law firms.
The Legal Administration Assistant role will include:
- General Administration
- Dealing with post
- Filing, Archiving
- Opening new files
- Dealing with cheque and accounts queries
- Preparing MI
- Previous experience as an Administrator within a Law Firm or a Law Graduate
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- A professional communicator
- High attention to detail
- Good IT skills
The Legal Administration Assistant role will be working full time from 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Salary depending on experience.
