A fantastic and exciting opportunity for a Health and Safety Administrator to join the Facilities Team working for a large Life insurance/Investment company based in Central Southampton.
As a Central Services Administrator you will be required to :
Maintain and update the ACOP (Approved code of practice) files for Contractors.
Maintain the Health and Safety mailbox and proactively identify solutions for all actions required as a result of Near Misses and Accidents, and take accountability for general enquiries, Occupational Health assessments and DSE (Display Screen equipment) records.
Conduct DSE workstation assessments and use specialised knowledge/skills to implement adjustments where required.
Provide administrative support on Health & Safety records, the database, filing, photocopying and scanning for data Input.
Lead the ordering of ergonomic equipment via IT and other sources.
Book Occupational health appointments with employees
Book meetings for Stress/Anxiety cases.
Assist in collating end of month stats for reporting
