Office Administrator

Our client is looking for an Administration Assistant to join them in Central Winchester. The main responsibilities will be to provide administrative and support within the accounts team.
This varied role will require the right candidate to be organised, adaptable and a willingness to learn new skills
The role will involve some of the following duties:
General office Administration support
Filing, photocopying, emailing
Answering the telephones and meeting and greeting guests
Travel arranging and diary bookings
Making tea and coffee
Ordering stationery and managing stock
General accounts administration
You will be a great communicator who can be very organised and able to adapt to pressure during busy periods. Someone who is happy to turn their hand to anything and learn new skills will be an ideal candidate. A good work ethic is fundamental in this position.
This exciting position includes Office Administration and you will be the first point of contact for all Telephone correspondence as well as meeting and greeting visitors to the office so you must be a confident communicator with good customer service skills
You will also be responsible for assisting in booking travel arrangements as required and the HR duties for the team and at all times be promoting the company Health and Safety procedures
