Full Time - 40 Hours per week
Mon - Fri shifts between (8:30am to 7:00pm)
Saturday Mornings - approximately 1 in 3 (9am - 12pm)
£20,000 Per Annum

Job description
Inbound enquires from customers related to course bookings and information
Outbound calls to customers to promote training courses
Accurate data entry of customer information, course bookings, dates, locations across the UK
Monitor outstanding payments, pending customer information, enquiries awaiting call back or email reply
Work towards the team targets and KPIs
Provide exceptional levels of customer service at all times, polite, professional with a "can-do attitude"
Process expenses, diary management for courses, general administration
Book meeting/training venues as required
Maintain high levels of confidentiality at all times
Contribute to team meetings and partake in all training courses offered
Work in-line with ISO quality standards
Person Specification
GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
Good numeracy and literacy
Good IT skills and experience of using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Ideally 3 months experience working in a customer service telephone based environment
Accurate data entry skills and ability to use a database
Team Player
Good telephone manner
Flexible working attitude
Driving Licence and advantage not essential
All successful candidates will require DBS clearance completed by the client
