Sales Operations Executive

A media and events company based near Waterloo are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join the sales team for a twelve month fixed term contract. This may result in a permanent contract and would give you massive exposure to events and how a large creative organisation works.
Main duties of the role include:
*Using the CRM system Sales Force to monitor the movement of sales, deal with sales contracts and managing product information
*Support the sales team and deal with customer support issues
*Analyse data and produce regular reports for the Business Unit sales teams
*Support at external events on a monthly basis
The ideal candidate will have the following:
*Experience with a CRM system- Sales Force knowledge would be a bonus
*An interest in events and the desire to want to work in that field
*A good understanding of the Microsoft packages
*Ability to interview and start immediately
