Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and have good experience of working in a Help Desk environment or Customer Care team logging queries?
Our client is recruiting for a position to work with a small friendly team of Support Consultants at their offices in central Hemel Hempstead. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of I.T. and be able to perform basic troubleshooting, have an excellent telephone manner along with the ability and desire to learn. Previous experience of Retail till systems, stock control software or Epos would be a definite advantage
Main duties will include -
· Offering telephone support to clients
· Logging support calls and escalating as required
· Arranging appointments for customer site visits
· Participating in ad-hoc projects as required
Skills and Experience Required -
· Excellent telephone manner
· Extraordinary customer service skills
· Previous experience in a Help Desk or Customer Care environment logging queries
· Desire and ability to learn
· Experience of software installations / stock control software / EPOS would be advantageous
