Customer Service Advisors required immediately for a temp to perm opportunity with one of the UKs leading department stores. Based in Bury. £7.56 per Hour. Interviewing Immediately.
My Client is one of the leading department stores in the UK that have won awards for their exceptional customer service. Due to expansion, they require multiple Telephone-based customer service advisors and the roles offered will be on a temp to perm basis.
Customer Service Advisor role will include:
- Dealing with and managing a variety of customer queries such as item returns, delivery queries, complaints and payments and refunds/exchanges.
- Give a quality service to customers and be able to identity and fix queries quickly
- Able to work well both individually and in a team
- Being able to use call centres systems competently
Requirements of the role:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to work within a team
- IT Literate
This is a full time opportunity, shift patterns will be in-between 08:00 to 23:00, 7 days per week - various shift patterns avaialble.
