Candidate Care Administrator - Tate Southampton - Temp to Perm Position - Salary to be confirmed
We are currently looking for an experienced administrator to work within our office on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate would be working within the office on a part time basis with hours spread over 5 days. Flexible hours will be considered.
To ensure the highest standard of candidate care is provided to candidates and client accounts as appropriate. Timely and accurate administrative support to the operations manager and Team, reflecting Tate as a quality organisation at all times. Delivering unrivalled service and achieving and exceeding service level agreements.
Administration - To manage all administrative processes, ensuring timely production within operating standards. To liaise between HO and the branch in all administration related matters
Compliance - To ensure all candidates are fully referenced and all necessary paperwork if complete prior to candidates being put out to work
Candidate Care - To deliver and monitor all aspects of candidate care, development and retention to ensure the highest levels are achieved and maintained at all times
Reception - To provide a full Reception Desk service offering a professional, responsive and reliable point of contact.
Payroll - To prepare all payroll related administration, ensuring deadlines are met.
Housekeeping - To ensure branch presentation is in line with company standards.
To ensure branch stationery supplies are at an optimum level.
Marketing/Advertising - To ensure that all advertising and marketing is compliant with both the DTI and internal marketing department and co-ordinate all marketing and advertising response.
Service Temp Desk - To assist the temporary consultant with the day to day contact with clients and Candidates to ensure that the best service levels are being met
The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills and telephone manner and preferably previous experience within a busy, office based environment. We are looking for Highly organised individuals with the ability to multi-task and can do attitude.
