Our client is a specialist technical and environmental consultancy based in Central Brighton. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to their clients. You will be responding to:
- New and existing customers with enquiries over the phone, via email and live web chats.
- Work within strict time frames, be proactive and use to working in a busy, ever changing environment.
- Set up accounts, provide quotations and promote existing products.
A background in customer service and/or sales, ideally dealing with a similar technical product is essential. Full training will be given on their products and systems. GIS knowledge highly desirable. Strong communication skills and credibility to deal with all levels of clients and being a team player are important. Full time role working Monday to Friday, 9-5.30pm, 20 days holidays plus Bank Holidays and salary is £18000. This is an urgent role with immediate interviews.
