Customer Service Admin Leeds

X10 Temporary Customer Service Administrators are required to join a leading Service Delivery Business in Leeds.
Tate are partnering with a leading Service Delivery Business in Leeds in the recruitment of 10 Temporary Customer Service Administrators due to an increase in workload. The role will be administration focused and will NOT include telesales, you will be preparing written correspondance to customers on behalf of the company.
Customer Service Administrator duties will include:
Dealing with written correspondance
Liaising with customers (via written correspondance, not over the phone)
Preparing letters to customers
Working to company policies and procedures
Updating information on the in house systems
Process information and paperwork
Candidates should be available IMMEDIATELY for interview
Excellent written communication
High attention to detail
Able to work as part of a team
Good understanding of MS Office and IT systems
The role will be temporary on an ongoing basis, working 37.5 hours per week. Minimum wage.
