Really busy but friendly department at an NHS Site

The Role:

  • Deal with patients over the telephone

  • Process GP referrals using in house system

  • Work within a team environment

  • Use various systems and processes in the course of your work

  • Get involved with various administration tasks and record sensitive and confidential information

Essential skills:

  • Confident customer service skills

  • Clear telephone manner

  • Accurate Data Entry skills

  • Be familiar with and confident working with different computer systems and databases
