We are currently looking for an experienced supervisor who is able to use their own initiative to manage a team of customer service advisors.
· Lead and take responsibility for a team
· Inspire colleagues to provide excellent customer service
· Ensure emails are responded to within time deadlines
· Ensure all internal targets are met
· Raise purchase orders when necessary
Desirable Qualities
· Great communication skills and telephone manner
· Solution-led attitude
· 2 years experience in a supervisory position
· Facilities management experience
· 5 GCSEs grade A*-C
