Client Support Administrator - Eastleigh - £18,000-£20,000 plus excellent benefits

We have an exciting opportunity to work with a fast growing and innovative company based in Eastleigh where everyone plays an important role in what they do.
They are looking for people who have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fun and friendly environment where team work is key.
37.5 hours a week working on a shift rota of 8.00am-4.30pm, 11.30am-8.00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8.00am-2.00pm.
Duties include:
Providing support to re-sellers and end users
managing orders from start to finish and processing using the internal database
Resolving any issues and proactively providing updates for customers
Logging faults and chasing suppliers to provide a satisfactory resolution
Updating client information and following up action points
Adhering to compliance and company legislation
Great attention to detail
Able to take ownership of clients and problem solve
Self motivated team player
Strong IT skills
