Amazing opportunity for an experienced Operations/Administration Manager to join a prestigious FTSE100 firm based in central London.
We are looking for a candidate who is polished, approachable, switched-on and extremely organised with the ability to build strong working relationships and motivate a team of support staff. You may come from an admin or operations management background, or you may have gained people management experience as a team leader within a call centre or sales environment.
This role encompasses the supervision of support teams, made up of receptionists, team assistants and PAs, based across the company's 3 central London offices; your role will involve meeting weekly with all support staff under your supervision, liaising with department managers, staff management and motivation, recruitment of new staff, regular 1:1s and appraisals, training and development, and to ensure the business receives seamless admin/secretarial/front of house support.
