Customer Service Exec- Watford - £18-21k
A modern and progressive company in Watford are expanding there Customer Service department and are looking for experienced Executives to join the large team.
The main duties will be-
- Dealing with customers via phone, email and live chat.
- Arranging bespoke documentation and quotations.
- Updating customers on the progress of their orders.
- Updating Customer information on the in-house system.
- Attending client meetings, shows and events.
The ideal candidate will need to have the following-
- Automotive background preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and polite phone manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Self motivated and driven.
