** Marketing and Engagement Manager **

Our client, based in Guildford is seeking an experienced Marketing and Engagement Manager.
Your role is:
Drive appropriate customers to the services available through a range of targeted awareness raising and marketing campaign services
Manage the content strategies including its web portal and social Media channels
Key Duties:
Proactively growing the brand through creative engagement strategies, both online and offline
Working with the communications team to ensure that strategies and campaigns take into account the broader needs
Managing social media channels to drive engagement
Lead the content strategy and development of all channels including the web portal, social media, marketing collateral and campaigns, intermediary communications and events
Building visibility and credibility of the brand through involvement in other networks and online communities
Interacting with external clients (end users, sponsors, advertisers, partners and intermediaries) and internal teams (sales, digital, editors, management, events)
Researching and contacting potential community members and customers
Reacting quickly to opportunities presented, and working with the team to generate commercial sustainability opportunities
Work with the team to achieve effective engagement and delivery across all channels, providing training and support where appropriate on content and communications
Source and develop innovative content in the form of images, photographs, videos, infographics and case studies for use within the services
Work with the creative publishing team to develop content that is engaging, published to a high standard and relevant to meet the needs of small business and key stakeholders
Create innovative and results driven marketing and communications plans to ensure the correct positioning and demand levels for the service portfolio to its target markets
Demonstrable experience of established digital channels (social media, blogs, website content, communities)
Ability to use initiative and work with a minimum amount of supervision
Development and delivery of marketing strategies and campaigns
Ability to establish strong working relationships with businesses, both online and in person
Experience in analysing and interpreting data and behaviours to produce meaningful outcomes and actions
IT literacy
Experience in developing Innovative and creative marketing campaigns that deliver results
Good networking skills
Marketing qualification
Ability to demonstrate a flexible approach to work
