Tate Manchester are recruiting on behalf of an exceptional client who require Customer Service Advisors to join their busy contact centre on a permanent basis.
Hours of work are between 8am - 8pm on a shift rota, working 5 days out of 7. Both part time and full time hours are offered.

The role will primarily involve taking calls from existing members helping with any queries they may have and new members looking to join.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected and established firm with great career potential..
There will be a 2 week training period where you will be fully informed about the products and services available to potential customers then you will be allocated to a sales team to take inbound calls from new customers. Part of your job will also require you to cross sell and up sell their other products.
Previous call centre experience isn't essential; our client is looking for candidates with the right attitude and determination to succeed, with strong customer service skills.
