Our successful Cambridge branch are now looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our sales professionals
Based in Cambridge - Full time, permanent - Salary £24,000 - £30,000
REPORTING TO; OPERATIONS MANAGER
PURPOSE OF ROLE
To generate clients and candidates and successfully place them in permanent roles to achieve targets set. To provide the best service at all times, maximising on all opportunities available, working in line with the Tate vision, values and strategy.
KEY RESULT AREAS
To generate margin through Perm placements in line with targets set
To successfully match candidates to client job specifications
To be focused on customer satisfaction and quality at all times
To ensure all administration processes are followed to meet company standards, including Marketing, Candidate Care and Compliance
To demonstrate the Tate Strategy, Vision and Values
CLIENT GENERATION AND DEVELOPMENT
Research /qualify prospects
Build a pipeline
Book visits and build relationships
Sales and spec calls
Blitz/Social Media/networking/seminars/Tate guides
Take full job specifications
Successfully match candidate to roles as per perm charter
Manage offer process and track until start date
Keeping in touch (KIT) programme
Quality reviews setting min criteria
Selling Watertight at every opportunity
CANDIDATE GENERATION AND DEVELOPMENT

Sourcing and attracting candidates
Building candidates base using social media, networking, CV searching, job boards. Referrals
Interviewing and marketing out candidates to suitable companies
Offer advice to ensure the candidate has every opportunity to demonstrate their strengths
Coordinate job offers and negotiate terms
Keeping in touch (KIT) programme
