Tate Dorking are currently looking for experienced Customer Service professionals to join the dedicated and accomplished team of our international client in Redhill.
If you have customer service experience, can multi task in a high volume environment and are competent on MS office programs this could be the role for you'
Working for this well established company, your duties for this role will include:
Being the first point of contact for customers
Dealing with customers enquiries over the phone and via email
Liaising with customers and other departments to ensure a quality service
Reviewing and amending documents
Taking ownership of queries and complaints
Working within a team in a call centre environment
Call centre experience is preferable but not essential
Full time, Rotating shift patterns, Monday to Friday +2 Saturday mornings per month
£16000- 18500 per annum
