Our client is looking for an Administrator to work in their busy Guildford based team.

You will be supporting field engineers and being first point of contact for customers.
Must have good eye for detail, be able to multi-task, and be confident on the phone.
Duties include:
· Checking job forms, ensuring all details are correct/no missing fields/forms are signed and dated
· Booking appointments
· Inputting data on the system
· Keeping system up to date
· Ordering parts
· Dealing with customer queries
· Contacting customers to check details/re-arrange engineer visits

Days: Monday - Friday
Time: 08.30 - 17:00
