Receptionist/Secretary - £18,000 - £20,000, Romsey -6 month contract
A confident, well-presented and ambitious candidate is needed to join a small team at this professional Romsey business.
This position would suit someone who is looking for the next step in their career and wanting a step up.
Secretarial Duties:
Booking meeting rooms and organising conferences
Typing of basic letters and sending out to clients
Organising company events
Writing and sending out company newsletters
Helping with the smooth running of the office day to day
Receptionist / Administrator duties:
Meet and greet visitors
Take inbound calls and redirect within the business or take accurate messages
Set up meeting rooms and arrange refreshments
Open and distribute post and collect and send at the end of the day
Filing paperwork digitally and archiving files
General office administration including filing and typing
Receptionist / Secretarial skills:
A friendly and confident communication style and telephone manner
The ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment
Good keyboard skills and a knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop the role
Flexible approach to do other ad hoc duties for the Directors as and when
This is a fantastic opportunity for a forward thinking and professional individual to join a like-minded organisation. Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm or 8.30am to 5.00pm in a professional and friendly Romsey office you will be given every opportunity to learn new skills and develop your position within the business.
