Top marks with Ofsted inspection

As Impellam Group is an accredited apprenticeship partner, we are inspected by Ofsted to ensure the quality of our training.

Tate, driving apprenticeships on behalf of Impellam Group, is proud to announce that we have recently passed our first monitoring visit from Ofsted with flying colours.

What is a monitoring visit?

Every directly-funded training provider will receive a Monitoring Visit within the first 2 / 3 years to ensure that the quality of the training delivered meets the national expected standard.

These visits look at three key areas:

• Leadership and management of the apprenticeship programme
• Quality of training & the impact on learner progress
• Effective safeguarding measures

Each of these areas are individually scored on a three-part scale. This measures the ‘progress’ we are making to give the best possible learning outcomes to everyone enrolled on our apprenticeships.

Our results

Impellam Group is thrilled to have achieved the top score in each of these areas which recognises the significant progress that directly delivers a ‘beneficial impact on learners’.

This recognises the hard work and commitment we put in to everyone you have chosen to enrol with us, to give the best possible learning outcomes to empower these learners to build better businesses.

Richard George, Director of Curriculum, says:

We are extremely pleased and proud of our most recent Ofsted monitoring visit report, it is a testament to our incredible learners and strong partnerships that we have built within our provision.

It also provides transparent and in-depth recognition of the dedicated and learner centred colleagues who we have driving all aspects of our on-boarding and delivery.

Michelle Lowe, who has just completed her level 3 Business Admin course with Tate, has already seen the benefits of upskilling herself in her current role.

Having worked as a PA/EA for more than 20 years, I wanted to ensure that my skills base was fit for today’s business environment. The level 3 Business Administration course has taught me how to enhance my skills and contribute to the business more effectively and efficiently.

Congratulations to all of our learners, employers and stakeholders who have achieved this high-level recognition at this stage of our journey together as your trusted apprenticeship partner.
