You would then be involved in contacting suitable applicants, assisting with the interview process and participating in the induction of new employees.

The HR job roles at ITM typically involve many other aspects and will include dealing with internal line managers regarding HR related queries and responding to employees with any concerns relating to areas such as employee relations, payroll or annual leave. The HR team is also responsible for implementing and improving company policies and procedures, ensuring they comply with legislative regulations.

Is ITM a good fit for you?
