Find out why people love working at Tate
Tate has a history of making its staff happy. We've built teams of talented people across the UK who have helped to make us a market leader in office specialist recruitment.
So, why are they so happy?
Progress and opportunity
Tate gives our employees access to all kinds of opportunities as well as in-house training that’s set against specific career goals. We have a proven track record of developing superstars. We’re also part of the Impellam Group – the UK’s second-biggest recruitment company.
The benefits superstars deserve
We offer good salaries, excellent rates of commission, a generous pension scheme and 23 days’ paid holiday a year (plus bank holidays). Then there’s the special extras: bonuses, your birthday off and a day off to support our charity.
And our reward and recognition scheme means that you can win prizes such as tea at the Ritz, iPad and trips away. We also hold a glamorous annual awards event where all of our top performers are recognised. We like to celebrate in style.
Join a growing company
Our business is booming. And when it comes to choosing where you want to work next, that’s vital. Our trophy cabinet is stocked to the brim, and our client list is full of big names. Our consultants are breaking records every month and there’s a real buzz about everything we’re doing. It’s a fantastic time to join us.
Investors in People Platinum - proof of our success
Only 1% of businesses have been recognised by Investors in People’s Platinum Standard. This is a world class accreditation, which means that you’re joining a business at the very top of its game.
Apprenticeships, NVQs and recruitment qualifications
At Tate we are proud to offer all new starts a range of professional qualifications. These include a Level 2 Resourcer NVQ (the equivalent of 5 GCSEs), a Level 3 Recruitment Consultant NVQ (the equivalent of 3 A-Levels) and the REC’s Certificate in Recruitment Practice. These are available to all, are fully funded by Tate and are delivered and assessed in house.
