Profile:
A professional, ambitious and proactive customer focussed customer service advisor, is required to join a busy and exciting consumer electronics company in Guildford.
The role, based in Guildford, will provide 1st class, telephone-based customer service to businesses only, not the public. This is a role for high calibre customer service focussed individuals out there!
Responsibilities include:
* Taking and placing orders from businesses
* Logging stock returns
* Resolving order queries
* Promoting other products
* Not dealing with the public but only buyers from business, i.e. Argos, Comet
* Delivering 1st class Customer Service
The ideal candidate will need to have:
* A very strong customer service background
* Excellent communication skills
* Commutable to Guildford
* Ambitious and proactive
The ideal candidate will be rewarded with an annual salary of 18k, enviable working hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Pension, 25 Days holiday, free parking or for those who dont drive, a free bus service to and from the office.
