Our client, a leading renowned financial organisation based in Canary Wharf, are currently seeking high-level customer services advisors to provide an excellent service to its many members.
Duties within this role will include dealing with complex queries via telephone, email and letter; providing excellent customer service and working to targets and turnaround times.
You must have experience call centre/customer services role within a financial organisation. This is essential as you must have knowledge of the financial industry and relevant compliance issues. In addition, you must also have dealt with written correspondence as well as telephone enquiries, as this is a major part of the role.
