Profile:
You will be working within the customer service department at Ordnance Survey. You will be dealing with incoming calls assisting clients with any queries they may have. You will be responsible for providing information to external customers regarding all aspects of Ordnance Survey’s products and services to meet specific customer requirements.
You will be updating business systems with relevant information to enable monitoring, tracking and analysis of customer data to drive service improvements.
You must have an excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills at all levels. You will have good Microsoft Office skills.
