A professional and proficient, administrator is required to join a financial services company to support an industrious small team.
This role involves full administrative support including:
*Liaison with clients and product providers
*Preparation of various reports and summaries
*Dealing with incoming calls
*Preparing files for client review meetings
*Chasing commissions and fees
The ideal candidate will have:
*Good numeracy and oral communications skills
*A keen interest in the financial industry
*Knowledge of industry products
*Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
*Experience within a similar role within an IFA environment
