Profile:
A professional and responsible assistant is required to join a team of 20 with the Insurance Industry.
The role is based in Winchester City centre and you will be responsible for providing:
*Efficient and effective customer service
*Administrative support to a large Team. Working closely with field based Consultants *liasing with internal and external contacts to ensure the needs of the cleint are met.
*Developing professional relationships
*Responsible for identifying opportunities for proactive contact including cross selling additional products and services where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have:
*Full driving licence
*Administration skills
*Cusotmer Service background
*Experience of working to deadlines
*Excellent proven communication skills, both written and verbal
*Excellent time management and organisation skills
*Flexibility

The hours of work are 09.00 - 17.30 - Monday to Thursday. 09.00 - 16.30 Friday.
