A naturally confident, reliable IT Professional is required to join a busy IT team within the head office of a national organisation.
The role, based in Worthing, will provide general support to the team including:
* Installing computer equipment
* Provide operational support for PC applications
* Configuration of equipment
* Providing first line diagnosis of faults
* Working with Networks
* Supporting on software applications
The ideal candidate will need to have:
* Ability to work alone and as part of a team
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Ability to approach calls in a logical and methodical manner
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Advanced skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Willingness to assist colleagues
* Ability to communicate with people at all levels
* Professional and well-presented manner
