MONDAY START
Our client is a well known national brand and have recently opened a new customer service department in plush new offices based in the St Albans area. You will be dealing with all general queries from customers within the local area.
The right candidate will have
*A background in Customer Service or Retail environment
*Be positive, pro-active and able to use your own intitative
*Be confident when dealing with people over the phone
*General administration
You will be working in a team of approx 15 other advisors and need to be flexible with shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday.
They are looking for confident individuals with lots of common sence who can problem solve and offer customers solutions.
