Profile:
You will be working for the Ordnance Survey in Southampton. You will be working in their busy IT department dealing with IT queries. You will be communicating with people face to face and over the phones, working to ensure their systems are working correctly.
You must have an interest in IT with an in depth knowledge of computer systems. You will be a natural problem solver with the ability to work to deadlines. You will have strong customer service skills with good communication. You will be an outgoing person who is able to get on with others and works well under pressure.
