Quota Allocation
Territory Allocation including resolution of disputes under guidance of Sales Director
Named account and indirect channel policy
Global Accounts Programme
Account Planning Methodology
Compensation Planning including commission models, terms and conditions and calculating, verifying and/or approving commission/bonus payments
Sales Model Definition including geography, vertical, product, etc.
Sales Induction Process for new sales recruits
Sales Lead Management and Monitoring ROI on Marketing Programmes
Sales Education
Quota Club qualification process
Revenue Recognition guidelines in liaison with Finance and Legal
Implementation and usage of CRM/SFA systems
Win Loss Analysis
Customer Satisfaction Survey
