Becoming a Tate Employee
When signing your Terms of Employment with us, you will become a Tate employee. You will be able to enjoy the flexibility normally associated with temporary working as well as being eligible to claim a tax-free allowance, which will help towards paying for your food and travel costs to and from work. This means that you may take home more money each week.
In addition to this, if you stay with us for the whole year, Tate will guarantee to pay you minimun earnings of £2,500 which is 420 hours at minimum wage (for part-time this will be pro-rated).
