Profile:

We are currently looking for a full time temporary Personal Assistant to work in Basingstoke. The length of the assignment will initially be three months, with the view to extend, so we are looking for people who are able to commit to a long term assignment.

The successful applicant will be involved in the following activities:
- Arranging meetings
- Arranging travel (can be complex at times)
- Processing expenses
- Raising purchase orders
- Assisting other administrators with overload
- Supporting two, possibly three managers.

Candidates should be proficient with Outlook, Excel and if they have used SAP this would be ideal!
