Profile:

We have an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Receptionist working for a London based Private Investment Company with beautiful offices in the heart of the London West End. You will be the face of this internationally recognised company and will be responsible for interaction with employees and external clients.

As part of the Reception team your duties will include:
* Handling incoming and outgoing calls
* Acting as first point of contact for visitors
* Co-ordinating meeting room bookings
* Administration of telephone and video conferencing facilities as required
* Booking of taxis and couriers
* Dealing with all post

The ideal candidate will have:
* Background in corporate reception, ideally within a financial company
* Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate at all levels
* Exceptional organisational skills and highly efficient
* Professional appearance and manner
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
