Profile:

An opportunity has arisen for a map editor working within Ordnance Survey.  The role is predominantly computer based and involves manipulation of map data using the in house system.  You must be competent using computers and have previous knowledge of working with databases.  You will have a good eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy.  Due to the nature of the work you will be working on your own for a large proportion of the time so must be able to be remain motivated and use your initiative to resolve any queries.  You must have good communication skills as you will be liaising with other team members to ensure consistency of work.
